Feb 2010. MJC Joinery department has been commissioned by D3 Group in partnership with the NHS to provide a new reception desk at Withernsea Hospital, East Yorkshire.
Jan 2010. The refurbishment of a warehouse and testing facility for Babcock Engineering. Working again with the Brennan Group MJC has been commissioned to carry our ground works, building works, partitions, ceilings, joinery and floor coverings. We would like to thank all the staff at Brennan again for their continued support.
Dec 2010. Refurbishment work at the Head Office of Just Car Clinics, East Yorkshire commences this month, a state of the art executive board room will be formed as part of a general office environment restructure and decoration works.
Nov 2010. We are delighted to announce our first order from The Wykeland Group, MJC has been commissioned to carry out the full refurbishment of a 10,000sqft warehouse in West Hull.
Oct 2010. MJC announces its very first contract with KGA properties, the installation of fully glazed de-mountable partitions to a property on Priory Park West to form 3 separate executive office spaces.
Sept 2010. MJC have been instructed to carry out refurbishment works at Just Car Clinics Stourbridge, the redundant first floor office block will be converted into a regional training facility, meeting rooms and management suites.
Sept 2010. The refurbishment of Remploy Wrexham commences this month, MJC have been commissioned by the Brennan Group to carry out general building works, partitions and suspended ceilings. The whole refurbishment is expected to be carried out in just 4 weeks.
Aug 2010. Works have commenced on phases 2 and 3 of the refurbishment of Network House for NRM, the work consists of refurbishment of the third floor staff facilities and a customer waiting area.
July 2010. Our third order from Nippon Gohsei sees further works to the control room and a refurbishment of the warehouse canteen. We would like to thank Gary and his staff for their continued business.
May 2010. MJC awarded contract to carry out the refurbishment of a 3 story office block for NRM ltd on Priory Park West. The contract is expected to take 6 weeks to complete and will provide a prestigious new home for the multi million pound networking company who provide and manage highly technical networking systems for gaming companies across the UK.
April 2010. Second order received from Nippon Gohsei. Due to a successful first contract MJC have been appointed to refurbish the control room canteen works are due to commence late April.
April 2010. Ideal keep the "Heat On". We are pleased to announce a positive first quarter with Ideal Heating with orders up 50% on last year, we would like to thank all of the staff at Ideal for their continued support.
Mar 2010. MJC have been appointed as Facilities and Project Management Company for Just Car Clinics. (JCC) is the second largest collision repairer in the UK with a turnover of around £43m operating from 25 branches across the UK. With works commencing on lighting schemes across 3 branches, re-surfacing and fire protection works the "Partnership" has got off to a fantastic start.
Feb 2010. MJC awarded two more Remploy office fit out contracts in Oldham and Chesterfield, the contracts will commence early February and will be complete in March. MJC would like to thank all of the team at Brennan Group for their continued support.
Jan 2010. MJC is appointed as contractor for Nippon Gohsei at BP Saltend for office refurbishment and partition works.
Dec 2009. MJC is awarded another "Remploy" project in Derby, the second office in the town following on from the success of its neighbouring office which opened in 2008.
Nov 2009. MJC awarded contracts the fit out offices of "Remploy" in Barnsley and Leicester, working alongside our partner’s The Brennan Group these commercial fit-out contracts are fast track projects for the government agency that commits to putting less-able people back into employment.
Sept 2009. MJC- the Ideal solution.
Work continues at Ideal Boilers Manufacturing plant and Head Office in Hull. Along with continued facilities and building fabric maintenance we have recently completed refurbishment works on the management suites, meeting rooms and archive storage. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the management and staff at Ideal for their continued support.
Oct 2009. Longhill School place first order.
Thanks to our continued relationship with Westray, Keith & Phelps (architects and surveyors) Longhill school (Hull) have placed an order for the refurbishment of the reception and entrance area. Work is due to start late October and will be completed in around four weeks.
Oct 2009. Remploy Barnsley.
Essex based developer and construction company Brennan Group has again requested the assistance of MJC for the refurbishment of office space in Barnsley (West Yorks) for their client Remploy. The project starts on Oct 5th and will be completed in Four Weeks.
Oct 2009. BP Saltend Hull.
Working in partnership with D3 Office Supplies MJC has been commissioned to install state of the art white board systems in the offices at BP Petrochemical plant, Saltend. Work is due to commence late October
June 2009 - MJC has formed a partnership with Mercury Design and Marketing as their preferred exhibition contractor
April 2009 - MJC has been awarded Principal Contractor for refurbishment works at Marvell House for the Goodwin Development Trust
