Mitchell James Contractors Limited (MJC), an East Yorkshire-based construction industry expert, has won a prestigious contract to convert a former nursery, in Spring Bank, West Hull, into Eight luxury apartments.
Work on the building, which has been commissioned by A & I Developers, is due to start at the beginning of March.
The project will see a 2000-square foot former nursery renovated into affordable executive living for young professionals who want to live near the city centre.
Anita Anderson, Managing Director of A&I Developers, is delighted to be working in conjunction with MJC on the development and says it was important to choose the right company to do the work.
